On-Demand Home Service Booking System

Users book online, the platform dispatches, technicians deliver at the door — a complete three-sided loop for local home services.

Overview

The On-Demand Home Service Booking System is an LBS-based O2O application built by Wenzhou Flamingo Network Technology Co., Ltd. Users book through APPs or mini programs; the platform or merchant takes the order and assigns a technician, giving users, merchants and technicians a complete business loop. The system supports a self-operated + multi-vendor platform model with smart dispatch, and ships with growth tools such as newcomer red packets, coupons and referral fission — covering the full chain from display and acquisition to transactions and referrals. It fits cleaning, beauty, repair, pet care and other local home-service scenarios.

FAQ

I am not technical. Can I run a local home-service platform myself?
Yes. The system is delivered as SaaS with no servers or dev team needed: the platform back office, merchant portal and technician app are all visual — service listing, pricing, technician review, dispatch rules and campaigns are point-and-click, with documentation and one-to-one guidance. Your real effort goes into operations: organising technicians, setting service standards and doing local marketing; built-in verification, reviews and marketing tools lower the management cost. Dedicated deployment and custom editions are available as you scale.
Single City vs Multi City — what is the difference, and can I upgrade later?
Single City (¥14,999/yr) fits launching in one city: full three-sided coordination, smart dispatch and marketing. Multi City (¥38,999/yr) adds cross-region operations — independent city operations, cross-region dispatch and multi-vendor platform management. Core capabilities are the same; you can upgrade as you expand, with upgrade rules confirmed during discussion. We suggest validating service quality and technician supply in one city first, then scaling.
Where do technicians come from, and how does the system help manage them?
Technician supply is organised by you — hired directly, through partner teams, or brought by onboarded merchants. The system manages and dispatches them: the technician app supports free order taking, service handling, a shift calendar, commission withdrawal and one-tap verification; the back office reviews certifications (identity, qualifications, health records shown on the profile) and manages scheduling by area and time. Profiles aggregate credentials, ratings, distance and bios; the review system accumulates quality data so good technicians get more orders. Many platforms start with a dozen technicians in one or two categories and grow from there.
How are orders assigned? Assigned technician vs platform dispatch vs grab orders?
Three dispatch modes, combinable per category: (1) user-assigned — users pick a technician from profile pages showing ratings, distance and availability, good for repeat customers; (2) platform dispatch — automatic matching by area, time, skills and load, efficient for standardised categories like cleaning; (3) grab orders — orders enter a hall where technicians take them by location and time, good for high volume. Configure per category: cleaning via dispatch, repairs via grab orders, premium care with assigned technicians.
After a customer pays, how is money split among platform, merchant and technician?
A flexible pricing and commission engine handles it: each service sets its own pricing method and commission rate; on completion the system settles automatically — platform share, merchant income and technician commission accounted separately, with technicians viewing details and requesting withdrawal in their app. Platform-uniform collection with periodic settlement and per-role collection configurations are both supported, with a clear money trail. Discuss fund-splitting details (channel choice, settlement cycle, licensing) with our delivery consultants before launch to ensure compliance.
The platform starts with no users — what growth tools are built in?
A complete marketing matrix: acquisition via newcomer red packets, first-order discounts, share rewards and referral bonuses; conversion via flash promotions, coupons, a coupon centre, themed events and splash ads; retention via top-ups, a points mall and membership; plus referral fission that turns users into promoters. For home services, "first-order discount + review-for-coupon + referral rewards" usually works best: lower the first-try barrier, then drive repeat and word-of-mouth with service quality and incentives. All configurable in the back office without development.
Can one platform run housekeeping, repairs and beauty at the same time?
Yes. Business is organised around "service products": housekeeping, repair, mobile beauty, pet care and maternity care can run in parallel, each with its own services, pricing, skill tags and dispatch rules; users browse by category or search, and the back office reports by category. In practice, lead with one or two strong categories to smooth out supply and fulfilment standards, then expand — sharing users and technicians across categories costs far less than another system. If categories have separate teams, the multi-vendor model manages each as an independent merchant.
What does "self-operated + multi-vendor" mean, and how is it different from pure self-operation?
Pure self-operation means you organise technicians, set prices and fulfil yourself — full control but limited by your own team. Self-operated + multi-vendor opens the platform to local providers and independent technicians who bring their own crews and business, operating under your rules for a commission or onboarding fee. The platform becomes the local operating arena: supply and coverage grow faster while you focus on vetting, standards and dispatch rules. Vendors get an independent portal; the platform supervises credentials and reviews. Start self-operated to set the benchmark, then open onboarding once supply is stable.
How long from signing to launch, and what should I prepare?
SaaS activation is quick; the overall schedule depends on your operational readiness. System-side work — accounts, categories and pricing, dispatch rules, commissions, page design — is guided one-to-one. You prepare: business documents, a WeChat Pay collection account, the first batch of services with pricing, and the first technician roster with credentials. Well-prepared operators usually start trial operations within one to two weeks; the actual schedule follows the confirmed delivery plan. Run a few trial orders end to end before promoting.
Does the system keep iterating after launch? Who do I contact for issues?
Yes. Delivery includes one-to-one support, documentation and after-sales maintenance; issues go through WeChat Work chat or office@flamingotech.cc, typically answered within one business day. The product keeps iterating — marketing tools and dispatch strategies improve with versions, and your feature requests can be evaluated into the roadmap. Note that home-service platforms touch WeChat ecosystem rules (mini-program category qualifications, payment compliance); when rules change, our consultants flag it and help adjust configurations.
