New Retail Mall / E-commerce Mini Program

One system for direct, franchised and chain stores — online mall, in-store POS, membership and referral marketing in a single operation loop.

Overview

New Retail Mall / E-commerce Mini Program is a ready-made commerce system by Wenzhou Flamingo Network Technology Co., Ltd. for retail and local-life merchants. One system covers company-owned, franchised and chain store models, bringing the online mall, in-store POS, membership operations and referral distribution into one business system. With LBS positioning it supports online ordering fulfilled by stores and click-and-collect, and it runs across Mini Program, APP and H5. Built-in compliant distribution, granular membership operations, a supply market and multi-merchant onboarding carry a merchant smoothly from a single store to a platform business.

FAQ

What kind of merchants is this mall system for? Can I run it without a technical background?
It is built for retail and local-life merchants — single stores, multi-store chains, or operators who want other merchants to join their platform. No technical team is needed: the system is delivered as SaaS, and daily work such as page design, product listing, member setup and campaigns is done in a visual back office, much like common admin tools. Flamingo Tech provides documentation and one-to-one onboarding guidance. Businesses with stricter data-isolation or customisation needs can opt for dedicated deployment and custom editions.
How do I choose between Basic, Advanced and HQ? What if I pick wrong?
Choose by store structure and scale. Basic (¥6,999/yr) suits a single store: mall, POS and membership out of the box. Advanced (¥12,999/yr) suits chains: distribution, membership tiers and multi-store management unlocked. HQ (¥36,999/yr) is for platform operators who want a supply market, multi-merchant onboarding and independent recruiting. If unsure, start at your current scale — you can upgrade later; upgrade rules and price differences are confirmed with Flamingo Tech before signing. The delivered feature list prevails.
Where are my member and order data stored? How is data security and ownership handled?
The system runs as a cloud SaaS with data stored and managed centrally. HQ and stores see only data within their permission scope: HQ gets a global dashboard while each store has an independent back office. For stricter requirements, dedicated deployment keeps the system and data in an environment you control. Data ownership, backup and export terms are confirmed item by item and written into the agreement before signing. Flamingo Tech is the original developer — the product line holds software copyrights and national SME qualifications, and the system keeps iterating after delivery.
I run both direct and franchised stores plus warehouses. Can one system really handle it?
Yes — that is a core design point. The system covers direct, franchised and chain formats in any combination: HQ manages products, prices and campaigns centrally while stores run store-exclusive items. LBS matches users to the nearest store automatically, and fulfilment supports click-and-collect, local delivery and express shipping. Settlement supports HQ collection, independent collection, periodic and store-level settlement, so mixed direct-plus-franchise accounting has a workable path. For unusual structures, describe your setup via the contact page and we will propose a configuration.
I want to build a platform for other merchants, not just sell my own goods. Is that supported?
Yes — that is exactly what the HQ edition is for. The system includes a platform-grade supply market and vendor onboarding: you recruit merchants, they manage their own products and orders in an independent portal, and the platform sets the rules. The supply-market mechanism connects your inventory with merchants' stock. Core capabilities (members, orders, stores, fulfilment) and platform capabilities (supply market, multi-merchant, recruiting) live in the same system, so you never need to migrate. Platform licensing and compliance requirements should be reviewed before launch.
Is the distribution (referral) feature compliant? Any legal risk?
The built-in distribution system is compliance-oriented: levels, commission rules and settlements execute as configured, supporting member referrals within legal bounds. Compliance depends on how you operate it: tier depth, commission rates and marketing claims must stay within laws and platform rules, and we help you configure compliant settings during onboarding. Avoid copying unverified "high-commission multi-level" schemes. If you have doubts, describe your planned mechanics during requirements discussion and we will evaluate the configuration together.
How long from signing to launch, and what should I prepare?
Delivered as SaaS — no servers, no long development cycle. Preparation falls into three groups: business documents (business licence, store info and photos), product data (images, prices, variants — a spreadsheet imports fastest), and operating decisions (fulfilment methods, member benefits, opening campaigns). The more complete the preparation, the faster the launch; the actual schedule follows the scope confirmed during requirements discussion. Plan the launch in a quiet business period and take a few days to learn the back office before pushing traffic.
How is payment settled after a customer orders? HQ collection or per-store collection?
The system supports HQ collection and independent collection as two main models, plus periodic and store-level settlement. A direct-sales chain typically collects at HQ and reconciles periodically; a franchise may let each store collect independently with platform-side settlement. Payment channels require standard merchant-account application and review (e.g. WeChat Pay), completed during implementation; channel fees follow the provider's policy. For complex flows such as platform collection with multi-party splits, describe the money path before signing so the configuration can be confirmed.
After launch, who handles problems — and what if platform rules change?
Delivery is not a one-off sale. Flamingo Tech provides after-sales maintenance and one-to-one support; configuration questions and issues go through the contact channels (WeChat Work chat or office@flamingotech.cc) with a one-business-day response commitment. The system keeps iterating and adapts to platform changes such as WeChat Mini Program interface updates — a key difference versus cheap source code or freelancers. The help centre covers common operations. Put service scope, response times and update mechanics in writing when signing.
Can new features be added later? Can it integrate with our existing POS or ERP?
Yes, subject to discussion before signing. The system is modular; capabilities activate by edition and configuration, and further extension falls under custom-edition options. Flamingo Tech has in-house custom development and system-integration capability (the product line covers ERP, SaaS and intelligent management systems with 9 enterprise standards and multiple software copyrights). Integration feasibility depends on your existing systems' openness: standard APIs around products, orders and members are usually connectable. Send us a list of your current systems and the data you want to connect; we reply within one business day with a targeted proposal.
