Website Builder / Independent Site System

Three editions from brand site to cross-border selling — responsive sites, multilingual management and an online store with international payments.

Overview

The Website Builder / Independent Site System by Wenzhou Flamingo Network Technology Co., Ltd. serves tech companies, foreign-trade factories and online sellers with three editions: the Basic edition quickly produces a professional corporate site; the Multilingual edition adds multi-language sites and content management for overseas markets; the Commerce edition adds products, carts, orders and international payments so you can sell directly, Shopify-style. A built-in SEO engine (custom TDK, sitemap, structured data) helps Google index your pages correctly, responsive design covers PC, mobile and tablet, and we assist with domain, server and deployment — from brand display to cross-border commerce in one system.

FAQ

I have no developer or designer — can I build my own corporate site?
Yes. The system is delivered ready-made with a visual back office: pick templates, change colours, edit copy and upload images on the page, assembling modules like blocks, with documentation and one-to-one guidance. A Basic static site usually launches within days: prepare your company profile, product materials and case images, and we set up the framework for you to fill in. What deserves your effort is content — a good corporate site is seven-tenths content and three-tenths design, and we advise on structure (what the homepage says, how products and cases are organised). Later redesigns and new sections all happen in the back office.
Basic vs Multilingual vs Commerce — what is the difference and which do I need?
Three editions for three needs. Basic (¥3,999/yr) is a static site for brand presence — company profile, products and services, cases, news and contact. Multilingual (¥12,999/yr) adds dynamic content management and multi-language capability — news and products updatable anytime, with language switching and translation management, suited to foreign trade. Commerce (¥36,999/yr) adds transactions — products, carts, orders and international payments for Shopify-style selling. The sensible rhythm is display first, trade later: most clients launch the site, validate content and traffic, then upgrade. Editions upgrade smoothly; confirm rules before signing.
How is this different from DIY website tools?
DIY tools solve "make a page"; we deliver the full capability of "run a site". Four differences: industry fit — templates are structured for tech, trade and brand sites (product systems, case walls, multilingual, enquiry conversion) rather than generic; accompanying service — DNS, server deployment, HTTPS certificates and ICP or overseas-node choices are handled with our help; continuous maintenance — updates, security patches and compatibility are ours, not a one-off template; extensibility — start with display, add languages tomorrow and commerce later, in the same system without rebuilds. For a one-page brochure a DIY tool may suffice; when the site must acquire customers and trade, a full system saves far more.
Who handles the domain, server and ICP filing? Where is the site hosted?
We assist with both. Register the domain yourself (put your company as the holder — the asset is yours); we help with DNS and certificates. Hosting follows your customers: mainland China means domestic cloud with ICP filing (filed under your company, we provide technical cooperation); overseas customers mean overseas nodes — no filing needed and better access speed. For trade sites we usually recommend overseas nodes plus CDN. Domain, server accounts and site data belong to your company, stated in the service agreement — always ask about asset ownership before buying any website service.
How does multilingual work, and how is translation quality ensured?
The Multilingual edition includes an i18n engine: language packs, front-end switching and multilingual editing in the back office; common languages (English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and more) are supported — confirm the list during discussion. On quality, to be candid: the system provides management and display; machine translation can draft, but customer-facing key pages (homepage, core product copy, company profile) deserve human translation or professional review — it directly shapes how overseas buyers judge your professionalism. Our suggested flow: machine-translate a draft, then have a bilingual colleague or external translator review key pages, keeping machine translation for long-tail updates.
How does the Commerce edition collect international payments, and when do funds settle?
It supports card acquiring and multi-currency pricing and settlement, connecting to mainstream international channels. To be candid: acquiring accounts and gateways must be applied for by your company under your entity, and channels review categories, qualifications and settlement cycles differently — we help prepare documents and evaluate channel choices during implementation; fees and cycles follow the provider's policy. On compliance, cross-border collection involves foreign-exchange settlement; confirm the repatriation path with your bank or a licensed cross-border payment provider before launch — we support with order and reconciliation data. In short: the system readies the technical side; channel approval and fund compliance are led by you with our assistance.
How will the site do on Google indexing and SEO? Can you guarantee rankings?
Technical SEO is complete: custom TDK, semantic markup, automatic sitemap, structured data, custom URLs, page-speed optimisation and mobile adaptation work out of the box; the Multilingual edition adds per-language SEO configuration so Google indexes and understands your pages correctly. To be realistic: no honest provider guarantees specific rankings — they depend on content quality, keyword competition, backlinks and time. A reasonable expectation is that solid technical SEO plus consistent industry content shows organic growth in three to six months, faster for low-competition niches. For systematic SEO/GEO operations, Flamingo Tech also offers optimisation services — ask during discussion.
Which businesses fit this system? Does it match my industry?
Three typical profiles: tech companies and software firms needing a professional brand site — Basic suffices; foreign-trade companies and factories needing multilingual presentation and enquiries — the Multilingual edition fits, and with product data, cases and factory photos it becomes a customer-facing trade front; sellers who want their own storefront with customer data and repeat purchase — the Commerce edition. Brand fronts and institutional image sites also fit. The test: will customers learn about you, contact you or buy through a website? Any "yes" means an edition matches. Unsure? Tell us your industry via the contact page and we will recommend one.
How long from signing to launch, and what do I prepare?
Website projects are the fastest to launch: a Basic static site with materials ready usually goes live in one to two weeks (mainland ICP filing, if needed, takes one to three weeks reviewed by the telecom authority and can run in parallel); Multilingual adds translation and content setup, about two to three weeks; Commerce involves channel applications, about three to four weeks — the confirmed plan prevails. Prepare: company profile and logo, product/service materials (names, images, parameters, pricing), case assets and contacts; trade clients add key content per language or a translation plan; Commerce adds entity documents for channel applications. The more complete the materials, the faster the launch — build the frame first and refine content while live.
Is there maintenance after launch? Will renewal prices rise? Who owns the data?
Delivery includes after-sales maintenance and one-to-one support: server and system upkeep, security updates and feature iterations are ours; downtime, attacks or faults go through the contact channels with responses typically within one business day; daily content updates are self-service in the back office. On fees, the annual fee covers system use and maintenance, and renewal terms are written into the agreement at signing — we advise asking about renewal pricing, data export and domain/code ownership in any website contract, the three most common pitfalls. Your site data belongs to your company and is exportable within the agreed scope — no "stop paying, lose data" situation. Terms follow the signed agreement.
