The AI pillar has consolidated its earlier R&D results into an application matrix for real business scenarios, covering e-commerce operations, customer service and marketing content, image recognition and data processing.
Unlike concept demos, the first applications were validated inside the Group's own business lines over extended cycles — measured by real efficiency and cost data — before opening to external clients.
"The only standard we use to judge AI is whether it cuts cost, lifts efficiency and closes the loop," said the head of AI R&D. "Intelligence that cannot land means nothing to us."
The next phase will deepen investment in industry agents and enterprise knowledge systems, bringing intelligence into more business processes.
